Dancing Under the Stars

On September 29, 2007, the New Fairfield Lions Club hosted its 2^nd annual “Dancing Under the Stars”. An elegant evening of dining and dancing at the Club at River Oaks in Sherman. It was a wonderful evening, attended by more than 100 guests. Everyone danced the night away to the fantastic sounds “Time Rider” and 8-piece band that kept the mood energetic and electric. This year there was a silent auction, which included donated items from local merchants and lions members. The proceeds raised will be used to benefit local events sponsored by the NF Lions Club.

The New Fairfield Lions Club would like to acknowledge its fellow Lion members for chairing this event. A special thank you goes out to Krystyna Kappes, Tim Haas and Ellen Fecci for spearheading this highly successful and memorable event.
